How much does it cost?

A Standard Delivery charge of £2.95 is added to all orders to UK mainland addresses.

SPECIAL OFFER - Free UK delivery on all orders over £50

Overseas delivery is charged at £4.95.

How long does it take?

Items (with the exception of personalised products) ordered on any business day
(Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays should be delivered within 3 business days
(excluding Saturday). Our standard delivery charge does not provide for next day delivery.

Personalised products should be delivered within 7 business days from the date of order however
these may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas. If an item is required for a specific
date please contact us at admin@vintagepinkonline.co.uk to confirm delivery time.

Special Delivery can be arranged at check-out for an additional cost. This service aims to
deliver the next working day after despatch. Non personalised Special Delivery orders
placed prior to 12 noon should be despatched the same day. Personalised Special Delivery
orders are given priority over standard delivery orders however please still allow 3-4
working days for delivery.

We rely upon the services of the Royal Mail and cannot be held responsible for the late
delivery of an item. For the avoidance of doubt we will not refund the standard delivery charge
if the item(s) are not delivered on the anticipated delivery date.

What to do if there is a problem with the delivery

If the parcel does not arrive when you expect it then please don't hesitate to email us at
admin@vintagepinkonline.co.uk If applicable we will initiate a lost parcel claim and let you
know what's happening.

If the goods are damaged upon receipt please email us at admin@vintagepinkonline.co.uk within
7 days of delivery.
